On an ongoing rolling basis, our team of 10+ professional & employed distributors display your posters in geographically based regular ‘runs’. These follow arterial and secondary roads criss-crossing the Sydney metropolitan area. We have 30+ runs that are completed at frequencies varying from weekly to fortnightly. Our more high profile routes average upwards from 50,000 vehicles per day, giving you phenomenal reach!

We concern ourselves with more than just placing posters, we are proactive in removing out-of-date posters and any indiscriminately placed signage.

FAQ – POLE POSTER DISPLAY

How do I place an order ?

Email your order to poles@sydneyposters.com.
Please include :

Billing information (company name, phone, address and ABN)
Description and quantity of material to be distributed
Event date and venue
Any other requests (e.g : location preferences, preferred start dates etc.)
Your poster design (if available)

When is your booking deadline ?

The deadline for in-store bookings is 12pm (noon) Friday for distribution commencing the following week. Please ensure all materials are delivered by Friday close of business (6pm) to :

During peak periods, especially long weekends and public holidays, quantity limits may apply and bookings are required early to ensure successful and effective distribution.

How many posters and flyers should I distribute ?

Within 10km of Central we suggest 50 to 400 posters.
In the suburbs; 200 to 1000 posters, depending on area & density.

How long will my posters stay up ?

Displayed material generally has a life span of one to two weeks, up to 3.

To ensure a sustained, comprehensive profile; we recommend commencing distribution up to two months in advance down to a two week minimum, depending upon the size of your campaign.

Do you recycle ?

Sydney Posters is committed to recycling 100% of all flyers and posters at the end of an event. Our team of distributors take great care to ensure that your event or brand’s reputation is not damaged by becoming litter after the show is over. Weekly runs ensure that all displays are tidy and expired material is recycled.
