Since 1990, Sydney Posters has provided creative, prompt, and reliable printing and distribution solutions to the Music, Arts, Fashion, and Entertainment Industries. Our printing services include: prepress, digital and offset printing. We design and print posters, brochures, flyers, cards, and programs.

Design and Pre-press:

Our team will create artwork solutions or prepare your supplied artwork for publication, ensuring your material is effective visual communication. Basic text-based design and pre-press (scan, assemble, typeset, impose, fix) @ 60 per hour, billable in 20 minutes increments.

Digital Printing:

The most cost effective method to print superb colour in smaller quantities is digital printing. Fast turnaround, usually <24 hours, glossy or matte, paper or card. Very competitive prices for colour and b/w. Postcards to posters from sizes up to A1 plus (720x1020mm); A3 (298x420mm) colour prints on 120 gsm matte; and SRA3 (320x450mm) colour prints on 250 gsm card.

Offset Printing:

For customers who require larger quantities (usually 1000 or more items), offset printing is generally the best option. One, two, or full colour (CMYK) posters, brochures, flyers, cards, stationery, PMS or CMY. Celloglazed, scored, folded, collated, stapled. Most offset jobs take 306 days from printed proof to delivery. We pack and ship interstate.

Additional services include: celloglazing backstage passes, lanyards, tour itineraries, laminating folding scoring binding, packing freight and comprehensive posture, brochure, and flyer distribution.

FAQ – PRINTING

Our pre-press, typesetting, and layout rate is $60 per hour, billed in 15 minute blocks.

We have an express and standard turn-around for printing.

  • Express 24-48 hours : A3 size or under. No more than 5000 copies
  • Standard 3-5 working days : This is the turn-around for all printing
  • Orders with special inks, overprints, laminating, celloglazing, folding, scoring, perforating etc may increase turn-around time.

The turn-around time begins once your artwork is checked by Sydney Posters and is deemed to be print ready.

Delivery is an extra charge. A local, Sydney metro delivery (under 50 kg) is $22 inc GST.

We can however deliver Australia wide.

If you choose to email your order please include :

  • your artwork (see our file specifications)
  • printing instructions (quantity, size, paper type, 1 or 2 sided, express or standard, pick-up or delivery)
  • billing information (company name, phone, address and ABN)
  • any other requests (eg : deliveries, deadlines, dispatch details)

All files requiring printing need to be setup as CMYK, however, if you are printing in one or two colours only, please setup your artwork to print in one or two Pantone®/spot colours.

The largest file that we can receive safely via email is 10MB.

For larger files, use a file sharing service to upload your finished artwork, for example, dropbox.com or hightail.com and provide us with access.

We check all artwork for any factors that will affect print quality.

In general we do not send proofs of print ready artwork, however, we would be happy to send PDF proofs on request.

Yes! If your artwork is unexpectedly not ready for printing after all :

  • for small changes, we will make adjustments at our end
  • for larger changes, we will contact you and provide you with the option to resubmit your artwork or quote for the required changes

Any changes to artwork will be emailed to you as a PDF for proofing and approval.
